We stain, barcode, acquire and analyze samples for our academic and external collaborators using strict SOPs for clinical samples processing.
Mass cytometry is a variation of flow cytometry in which antibodies are labeled with heavy metal ion tags, with readout by time-of-flight mass spectrometry
We developed standardized panels for human immune monitoring, assessment of broad immune responses, and analysis of NK biology.
Immunophenotyping Our immunophenotyping panels were designed for use with cryopreserved PBMC, though it could be adapted for other sample types such as BMMCs. A limited number of additional antibodies can be added to open channels, subject to availability.
We also provide our collaborators with a Fast Track CyToF panel for whole blood to allow instant patient sample phenotyping and immune monitoring - from blood draw to results in 72h - please contact us for details.
Functional NK killing assay We developed a comprehensive method for functional assessment of changes in immune populations and killing activity of NK cells (or total PBMCs) after cocultures with cancer cells using mass cytometry. 43-marker mass cytometry panel can be applied to a co-culture of PBMCs with diverse cancer targets. Please contact us for details.
Collecting your samples: Please use an optimized cryopreservation protocol for viable PBMC. We require at least 3M viable cells per sample. PBMC processing and cryopreservation services are also available through our laboratory
We are keen to help in development of tailored panels for your projects
